I’m Dr. Julie, and I practice integrative medicine because I’ve seen how often people are doing everything right—and still not feeling well.

My work blends acupuncture and functional medicine to look beneath the surface of symptoms and understand why patterns keep repeating. When the body’s internal systems are supported, it often knows how to restore balance on its own—pain eases, clarity returns, and healing begins to feel possible again. I specialize in autoimmune conditions, chronic pain, women’s health, and complex chronic illness—especially when nothing has fully explained what you’re experiencing yet. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, motivated, and tired of care that treats pieces of the problem instead of the whole person.

Healing, in my experience, doesn’t come from forcing the body to behave differently. It comes from understanding what it’s been responding to all along, and helping it shift from there.
